ASSOCIATE OF ARTS IN BIBLICAL STUDIES

Purpose:
As an entry-level program the Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies educates students desiring preliminary academic preparation and instruction in biblical, theological and ministerial studies.
Program Fundamentals
Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate degree program the graduate should be able to accomplish the following objectives:

Minister at an acceptable level in a local church.
- Demonstrate leadership skills as required in Christian ministry.
- Understand and be able to communicate essential biblical truths in the context of Christian ministry.
Academic Information:
The Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies is a two year (62 semester hours) degree program. The Curriculum is distributed among the following fields: Biblical Studies, Theological and Historical Studies.
